Fleur De Lis Spa @ Coastlands Musgrave Hotel

Decided to book a spa day for us to celebrate our anniversary at Fleur De Lis Spa @royalhotel, managed to book the day before and was surprised to find an opening at 3 pm. After going through all the options on offer I decided on a 2-hour package that was on special for weekdays. As my significant other runs a restaurant she takes a day off during the week so it worked out perfectly. We were greeted by very friendly staff that showed us to our treatment room, it started with a deep body massage and facial by extremely well-trained beauticians. Asked us about the level of pressure (usually the pressure for me is too soft) but she put just the right amount of pressure. The facial was great and the products they use are world class. After that, we went to the manicure room where we had our hands and nails done. It's not often that a spa hits all the right notes but I can say with confidence that this was the best spa day iv had in years. I did my dudiligence regarding the establishment and they did not disappoint. Thank you for the wonderful experience and we will be coming back at least once a year for our anniversary and make it a tradition. And one more thing to add, when we left my partner realized she had left her watch somewhere in the spa, I had given her the watch as a present so it carried a lot of sentimental value. Worried that it was gone we managed to get hold of them only to be told that they had already found her watch and it was being kept safe for when I could come and retrieve it. I was so relieved as was my partner. They have all the right ingredients, honesty, integrity, and talented staff who are passionate about their careers. Wonderful.

An absolute delight! I spent my 22nd birthday here and it was worth every minute. Upon arrival we were offered complimentary tea/coffee. We were then escorted to our room by their extremely friendly and welcoming staff, we were mesmerized by the rose petals decorated room. Tranquil, relaxing and romantic! The massages itself were exceptional. Our masseuses continually checked up on whether the pressure applied was fine, that we were comfortable and if the room temperature was still to our liking. We were treated to the 2 hour massage package consisting of the wallnut back scrub, full body massage, head and neck, feet and hot stone therapy. Throughout our massage our beds were heated and our legs even elevated for comfort. After the most sensational and revitalizing massage a hot tub with bubbles, rose petals and complimentary bubbly was set up for us!! What an exceptional experience. Can't wait to revisit!

The dirtiest spa ever. In hotel rooms where bedside tables have not even been removed from the walls. Towel on massage table was dirty had to ask them to replace it. Look at dirt on the heated blanket where your face will go on the photo included. The yellow that you see is the dirt on a white heated blanket. No spa music in fact you listened to a vacuum cleaner. This place should be avoided. Disgustingly dirty.

I initially gave this spa 1 star due to a below average pedicure and an eye treatment that didn't work. I was promptly contacted by the spa and offered a refund for the eye treatment due to the fact that you need to have 8 treatments to see a result. This is not specified on the website. I was also offered a redo of the pedicure at my convenience. I was then asked to remove my review if i had it in my heart to do so. I removed the review. After thinking about all of this I feel it's only fair to let customers know that it's not worth putting your money into adding an eye treatment to your facial unless you are going to go back 8 times and if you are going for a pedicure and callous treatment please check that your heels are smooth before you leave. The staff are friendly enough at the spa and they treat you well, but I think they need more training. I had to explain which treatment I was there for and was still unsure if I received the correct treatment. Nice for a day out and some pamper time but don't expect the treatments to actually work. Only reason for the 3 stars is because the place has potential.

Booked the Sunday Destress for my Mom. She had the treatment on a Friday. In the week leading up to the appointment I had to make several calls to make and amend the booking. Every time I called, the reception was friendly and warm. My mom enjoyed the treatment and the extra treat of cake and tea at the end. She appreciated the thoroughness of the therapist. Earlier reviews of construction noise is no longer a problem. Would recommend.
